• Defend DACA & Pass the DREAM Act Rally

    On September 5th, 2017, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced the rescinding of DACA through a 6 month wind down of the program. This puts pressure to Congress to pass the DREAM Act. On September 5th, join IJPC, YES and our partners to show support for the immigrant community in a public way and to let those in fear to know they are not alone and there are many who stand on the side of our immigrant neighbors.

    The MARCC ID is a community photo ID that anyone can sign up for. The IDs have been useful for the undocumented community, people experiencing homelessness and those returning from being incarcerated. Su Casa & Catholic Charities are the organizations running the registration events and they need your help! This fall, Su Casa plans to have more community ID drives and they need volunteers like you to help make the process go smoothly.

Along with our social media campaign, YES will have a rally where we will give a midterm grade to our members of Congress for how they represent their commitment on immigration policy. Please join us Sunday, November 12 outside Portman's office as we give all of our members of Congress a midterm grade.
