Cincinnati Climate Conversation

The climate is changing and we are responsible. How can we better care for God’s Creation? Join friends and neighbors for a discussion of the moral imperative to respond to climate change and some practical steps to do so. Speakers will present ways to educate others on the ethical and scientific justification for action; activate procedures to reduce our carbon footprints; and Advocate policies to curtail environmental degradation. We will meet on Saturday, May 6, 2017, from 10 AM to Noon at the Cincinnati Public Library – Pleasant Ridge Branch, 6233 Montgomery Rd., Cincinnati, OH. Participating organizations include Creation Care Task Force, West Ohio Conference, United Methodist Church; United Methodist Women, Ohio River Valley District; St John's Unitarian Universalist Green Sanctuary Partners; Citizens’ Climate Lobby; GreenXDesign LLC; and SonLight Power. All are welcome.
