The theme this year is the Peace is a Human Right For All. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend this family-friendly, music and art celebration of the International Day of Peace.
Memorial Vigil
World Peace Bell 425 York St. , Newport, KY, United StatesThe peace committee will host a memorial for all civilian casualties of war on Tuesday, August 9th at 7:30 PM to commemorate the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. This vigil will be held at the World Peace Bell and feature a candle vigil, remembrance circle, peace messaging and peace cranes. All are invited to attend.
