Congress' March 5 deadline is MONDAY. Time is running out for DACA recipients. Now is the time to show up and speak out. We must keep pressuring Congress to act. We need a permanent solution for DACA, and that solution is a clean Dream Act

YES will not stop pressuring our members of Congress until we see the DREAM Act pass. Along with our social media campaign, YES will have a rally where we will give a midterm grade to our members of Congress for how they represent their commitment on immigration policy. • Defend DACA & Pass the DREAM Act Rally

Senator Portman's Cincinnati Office 312 Walnut St, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, OH, United States

On September 5th, 2017, Attorney General Jeff Sessions announced the rescinding of DACA through a 6 month wind down of the program. This puts pressure to Congress to pass the DREAM Act. On September 5th, join IJPC, YES and our partners to show support for the immigrant community in a public way and to let those in fear to know they are not alone and there are many who stand on the side of our immigrant neighbors.

  • Bridges Not Walls

Senator Portman's Cincinnati Office 312 Walnut St, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202, OH, United States

IJPC will be participating in the Cincinnati location of Faith and Public Life's campaign of "Bridges Not Walls". February 17th marks the one year anniversary of Pope Francis' visit to the US/Mexico border. When Pope Francis prayed for migrants and refugees at the border he transformed a dusty fence into an oasis of hope. Now just days into the new administration, immigrant and refugee families are now at greater risk than ever. As people of faith, we must respond with one voice: "Build bridges, not walls."
